Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
- Products in their original packaging
- Items with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Return
- Initiate a Return: Visit softbodysuit.com/returns-portal and follow the instructions.
- Pack Securely: Include all original tags, packaging, and a completed return form.
- Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label provided (domestic orders only). International customers cover return shipping.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return the original item via the standard process.
- Place a new order for your preferred size.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”)
- Worn, damaged, or altered products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately via the returns portal with:
- Photos of the defect/damage
- Your order number
We’ll cover return shipping for verified issues.
International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.
- Refunds processed in USD; currency conversion fees may apply.
