Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached
  • Products in their original packaging
  • Items with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Visit softbodysuit.com/returns-portal and follow the instructions.
  2. Pack Securely: Include all original tags, packaging, and a completed return form.
  3. Ship Back: Use the prepaid return label provided (domestic orders only). International customers cover return shipping.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return the original item via the standard process.
  2. Place a new order for your preferred size.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”)
  • Worn, damaged, or altered products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately via the returns portal with:

  • Photos of the defect/damage
  • Your order number
    We’ll cover return shipping for verified issues.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.
  • Refunds processed in USD; currency conversion fees may apply.
